Groovys.com Return Policy
Groovys.com gladly accepts returns on apparel, footwear and all accessories purchased between 11/12/24 and 12/24/24 until 1/4/25. Items MUST have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered or damaged. Footwear returns must be in original shoe box and will not be accepted if the shoe box is taped or altered in any way. Returns that are shipped back to Groovys.com at 602 S. Clark St. Rockwall, TX 75087 will be eligible for a refund to your original method of payment. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, you will be eligible for a refund, less our shipping charges of $7.95, to your original method of payment. Return shipping charges are at the expense of the purchaser. Any returns that are processed at our Forney or Rockwall store locations will be eligible for a refund ONLY in the form of a store credit on a gift card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Orders placed using Shop Pay Installments have the same requirements as above. Any returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date.
All sales are final on holiday themed items, perfumes, and clearance merchandise.
If your order does not meet our return policy requirements stated above, it will not be accepted as a return, and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Any items rejected for return will require a re-shipping fee of $7.95. If we do not receive the re-shipping fee within 7 days, we will donate all items to charity on your behalf.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged on return shipments. Please package all items securely.
Return Process
To return items, you must include your original sales receipt. We suggest that you send items back to Groovys.com using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us. Return items are to be sent to the following address:

Exchanges
Due to the fast pace of our changing inventory, it is best to return your item(s) for a refund and place an order for the item(s) you want.
Shipments
All orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $7.95 through USPS or UPS. Orders of $75 or more will receive FREE shipping. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your provided e-mail address. The shipping confirmation e-mail will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS or UPS and can be tracked online at https://www.usps.com/ or https://www.ups.com. At this time, we only ship within the continental United States, and cannot ship to APO addresses.
Please note, purchases over $300 must be shipped to the billing address. If you place an order in which the amount is over $300 and your billing & shipping address do not match, you will be contacted to resolve the issue before we ship your purchase.
Although we fulfill orders in a timely manner, we have periodically been experiencing shipping delays with USPS and UPS mail carrier services. Please note, that Groovy's is not responsible for delayed packages. Once the package leaves our fulfillment warehouse, shipping and delivery times are out of our hands. However, if you experience a delay with a package from Groovys.com, please contact our customer service team at cheyenne@shopgroovys.com or (972)623-8077, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Store Pick-Up
You can shop online, and pick up your order from our Rockwall, TX store!
Orders placed by 1PM CST will be available for pick up the same day after 3PM CST.
Orders placed after 1PM CST will be available for pick up the following business day after 3PM CST.
Please note, that Groovy's business days are Tuesday through Saturday 10AM to 6PM.
Store pick-up orders will be held at our Rockwall store for 6 months from the order date. If the order has not been picked up in that time frame, the items will be donated on the customer's behalf.
We are no longer able to make transfers or deliver orders to our Forney, TX store for in store pick-up. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Incorrect Shipping Method & Incorrect Address
Groovy's is not responsible for a customer selecting the incorrect shipping method at checkout or entering the incorrect shipping address. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your order at Groovys.com.
Example: Customer chooses Store Pick-Up instead of Shipping.
In the event that a customer accidentally selects the "Store Pick-Up" option instead of "Shipping", Groovy's must receive payment for shipping (if applicable) before mailing the order. The customer is responsible for contacting our web department to make payment for the shipping charge.
There are two simple ways to make payment:
- Call our web team at (972) 623-8077 to make payment over the phone.
- We can email you an invoice, where you can easily pay shipping charges through our secure website.
If the customer fails to contact Groovy's to provide the correct shipping method or resolve the issue after 7 days from the time the order was placed, Groovy's has the right to cancel the order and refund the original form of payment.
Lost Packages
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address by mistake of the delivery courier, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace the items, then we will refund your order as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.
